Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Genixus Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16720079, trading as ALM DataHub. By creating an account you accept them. Questions to support@almdatahub.com.

The service — and what it isn't

ALM DataHub serves UK market data sourced from public regulator publications (Bank of England, ONS, PRA), together with analytics computed on that data (such as Smith-Wilson curve fits), via this website, a REST API, and an Excel add-in. We work hard to parse and serve it faithfully and keep it current, but the service and data are provided as is: we don't warrant that they are error-free, complete, or continuously available, and you remain responsible for checking that any figure is suitable for the use you put it to.

Nothing here is financial, investment, actuarial, or professional advice. ALM DataHub is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bank of England, the ONS, or the PRA.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details and API tokens confidential. A subscription is per person — each user of the service needs their own account; sharing credentials or tokens between people isn't permitted. Give us accurate account information and keep it current.

Trial, price, and billing

  • New subscriber accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required at sign-up, and it is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • The price is £79 per user per month, plus VAT where applicable, billed by Stripe. An annual option at £790 per user per year (the equivalent of two months free) is available. We'll give at least 30 days' email notice before any price change.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable — the discount is the consideration for the year's commitment. Cancelling an annual subscription stops renewal; access continues to the end of the paid year.
  • Cancel any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the paid period; we don't give pro-rata refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you; continued failure suspends access until payment succeeds.

Fair use of the data

Use the data in your work, your models, and the deliverables you produce — including work you hand to your clients. What you may not do is re-serve the feed: bulk redistribution, resale, or making the service's data available as a data product of your own (or a substitute for someone else's subscription) isn't permitted. Technical limits (published on the API page) apply to all accounts; attempting to evade them may lead to suspension.

The partner programme

Partner accounts get free access subject to the referred-client thresholds published on the partners page, including the six-month recovery period when a count falls below the threshold. A partner account that no longer qualifies moves onto the standard subscription. Referred clients' visibility to their referring partner is described in our privacy policy. We may adjust the programme's thresholds for new partners; changes affecting an existing partner get at least 60 days' email notice.

Intellectual property

The software, site, add-in, and documentation are ours. The underlying regulator data is public information and belongs to no one — our rights are in the curation, software, and service, not the facts. Your workbooks, models, and deliverables are entirely yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on the data; our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms (including credential sharing, feed redistribution, or non-payment), giving notice and a chance to fix the problem where that's reasonable. On closure, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Assignment and changes

We may assign this agreement to a successor entity — for example, a company within the same ownership taking over the ALM DataHub business — with email notice and no reduction in your rights. You may not assign your subscription without our consent. If we change these terms materially, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of protections they're entitled to where they live.
